ABSTRACT
In the paper some fundamental problems concerning miniature Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (miniUAV) prototyping were presented. As a result of undertaking analysis and designing the proper aerodynamic and structural layout was fixed. The geometric 3-dimensional model was developed in advanced CAD environment. Then the cycle of some technological techniques was presented to show the manufacturing process prescribed for miniUAV airframe parts. The main subsystems of on-board equipment were described and the essence of the whole avionic system integration was explained too. A methodology of UAV flight quantities validation was presented due to the technical features of applied control system. The complete system set was specified at the end.
