Abstract. The inß uence of the technological factors in the biofuel production on a trade policy. The aim of this article is to show the inß uence of the technological factors in the biofuel production on a trade policy. In the article are presented: the general characteristics of biofuels, technological conditions and market biofuels in trade policy particularly in brazilian biofuel market. This market has the highest level of technological development in alternative energy. The access to foreign markets will give the development of biofuel in terms of technology but also becomes an alternative, effective and efÞ cient energy policy which may solve that world’s energy problems.
