ABSTRACT
Correct operation of the police officers is a direct requirement for citizens to exercise
their powers, public and private. Public confidence in the police, as required by law and
effective conduct of actions to punish the perpetrators of offenses require the utmost care
in execution of the duties of each officer.
Police protection is a body of law most prominent in society. The task of the police
is in fact a direct, daily protection of law and order and public safety. Contact the individual
with a police officer is the most common direct contact with representing the state
authority, a public official. The right to be respected by the officers of the rule of law is
not only citizens, but also the power and the officers therein.
