ABSTRACT
November 17, 2010, the Minister of Education issued a regulation
on the principles of providing and organizing psychological - teaching in
public kindergartens, schools and institutions (Journal of Laws No. 228,
item. 1487). The Regulation applies, inter alia, issues: schools and special
classes, remedial classes, therapeutic classes, remedial classes and speech
therapy, etc. Dr. Joanna Łukjaniuk presents an important innovation in
the life of the school, which is the introduction of the Regulations under
the coordinating team for the students requiring special pedagogical and
psychological care. It is recommended to include the development of these
teams supporting action plans (PDW) and create individual needs of the
student card (KIP). First the author presents the Regulation, indicating
both its strengths and weaknesses. Then discusses the dilemmas and sets
the number of options. Proposes for example: creating a team in need of
assistance for students of the class, the timetable of the next meeting of the
team; appointment director for the proxy function these teams, the inclusion criterion for the evaluation of the quality of school support teams,
preparation of designs by the Ministry of KIP and IPET, PDW-in and a
few other interesting solutions.
