ABSTRACT
In this article, particular attention is paid to the right to life in a clean natural environment,
which is an essential component of the safe existence of every human being. The problem
of the deteriorating condition of the natural environment and its impact on changing the
conditions of human life and its security is a current problem, the solution of which will
require effective cooperation of the international community.
