ABSTRACT
The document describes the need to equip departments subordinate to the
Minister for Internal Affairs in Unmanned Air Systems (BSP) and their use
in rescue missions – State Fire Service, law enforcement – Police and reconnaissance
protection – Border Guards and protective – Government Protection
Bureau. In addition to the topic associated with the most serious threat to the
twenty-first century – terrorism, which is currently the greatest threat to national
security. Due to the unique features and capabilities, for example, through
the installation of GPS and built-in navigation systems, unmanned systems
may be less dependent on the time of day, and less constrained by weather
conditions. The use of Unmanned Air Systems allow to “release” the officers of
the work in an environment subject to contamination, associated with a high
probability and the risk of injury or loss of life, and in places and distances
unattainable, otherwise inaccessible (mountainous areas, bogs, marshes).
