ABSTRACT
This article is concerning to the issue of management of special services
in Poland and an attempt to define this model. Exercising supervision
and control over services whose activities may threaten human rights
is too serious a matter for an individual official, without the proper
appropriate administrative apparatus. The main task of the services is to
provide information – hence the service management model is a model
of information management. Therefore, a new definition of the needs
and model of service management is necessary, taking into account the
current needs of a modern, secure state.
