Interpreting the reality of the human and natural world can be based on a naturalistic proposition that recognizes that values are inherent in human nature or positivist and legal in their nature in the transrational sphere. The adoption of a cognitive solution affirming ontological-gnoseological explanation seems to be an attempt to synthesize the multidimensionality and multifactor complexity of the epistemological process. In order to build an additive system of perception of the surrounding reality every time in the process of hermeneutics one should take into account the axioms of synergy, context, balance and legitimacy. All these axioms are statements of truth that do not require proof of equity and are themselves responsible for articulating common and objective judgments and assessments. In addition, they allow to build a trajectory of recognizable states of affairs, because they reveal the real causes inherent in the internal and external environment responsible for their condition and do not refer to the existing matter.
