This article reviews the research on employment discrimination in Turquoise
organizations. It focuses on different types of sex/gender discrimination
and it shows the statistic data based on the Gender Inequality Index
(GII). Then, the author presents human resources in Frédéric Laloux’s
Turquoise organizational structure: recruitment, onboarding, training and
coaching, team building, working hours, job titles and job description,
objectives, compensation, promotion and job rotation. The aim of the article
is to consider the possibility of the existence of sex discrimination in
Turquoise organization, which was included at the end of the discussion.
