The article concerns the reception achievements of the Ukrainian Free University in Munich from the scope of the science of administration and of the science of administrative law in Poland and Ukraine. It pointed to the main representatives – professors: Otto Eichelmann (1854 – 1943), Jerzy Karol Panejko (1886 – 1973) and Zenobiusz Sokoluk (1926 – 1998), as well as considerations to other scholars such as Levko (Leontij) Šramčenko, Matvei Stachiw and Leo Jech. It was found that the wider interest was the issue of local government. In this regard closer characterized monograph Panejko Theoretical basis of self-government (Munich 1963) and study Eichelmann The reform of local government as the basis of the democraticrepublican state (Prague 1932). It was also agreed that the interests Sokoluk also focused around the theory of the police. Against the background of contemporary literature analysis found that their achievements is not often invoked.
